Purchased a Firearm from this retailer online and after 2 days of no contact, they sent me an e-mail that they actually didn't have the item in stock. I tried reaching out by email and phone to give them a chance to save the sale and work something out. Only to be ignored and disrespected. Complete waste of time. So they are a dishonest company and I pity anyone willing to do business with them. Buyer Beware

I stopped in the other day looking for a rifle. I was not asked if I needed help for at least 10 minutes. Store Employees were in the immediate vicinity unboxing a recent delivery from Fed-Ex. When the lady finally asked me if I needed help I replied I did- I then told her the particular rifle I was looking for-Winchester model 70 in .270- she really couldn't tell the Ruger #1 from a Winchester M70. She was the only one that offered to help me the other "guys" were too busy. Also- I have been in this store before and the service was immediate. I gave it 3 stars for the recent trip, and also the hours. They don't open until 11am- I need to be at the range before that. Unfortunately I had to drive to Marietta to their competition this time-Open up earlier people!!!
